How to play Goal For Play

To start playing 11 player fantasy football, just download the latest version of our app. Your success in the game is determined by the fantasy points earned by your chosen footballers, based on the Goal For Play scoring system. Here you take on the role of a team manager rather than just a spectator, focusing on strategic decisions rather than luck. New users will also get a sign-up bonus of Rs.20, which can be fully redeemed in any competition, from one-on-one competitions to massive 11-player matches, up to Rs.5 per competition.

Register and Log In:

1. Visit the Goal For Play Website and Download the App: Begin by navigating to the official Goal For Play website using your preferred browser. Once you’re on the homepage, you will see a prominent button labeled “Download App”. Click on this button to initiate the download of the APK (Android Application Package). The APK file will begin downloading to your device. Depending on your browser and settings, you may be prompted to confirm the download. Once the download is complete, proceed to the next step to install the app.
2. Install the Application and Register Your Account: After the APK file finishes downloading, locate the file in your device’s download folder and tap on it to begin the installation process. If this is your first time installing an APK, your device may display a warning asking if you’d like to allow installations from unknown sources. You will need to enable this option to continue with the installation. Once the installation is complete, open the Goal For Play app from your device’s home screen.

When the app is launched, you will be asked to register a new account. You must provide an email address and phone number in the registration form. Alternatively, you can opt to sign up using a social network account (such as Google or Facebook) to simplify the process. This will automatically populate your registration details.

3. Confirm Your Registration: After you’ve completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from Goal For Play. Go to your email inbox, open the email from Goal For Play, and click the confirmation link included in the message. This step is essential to verify your email address and activate your account. Once your email is confirmed, you will be able to log in and start exploring the app.
4. Log in to Your Account: Once your email has been successfully verified, open the Goal For Play app again. On the login screen, enter the credentials you used during registration, such as your email address and password. If you registered using a social media account, you can log in by selecting the relevant social network login option. Once logged in, you will gain full access to your Fantasy Football account, allowing you to start creating your teams, entering tournaments, and tracking your progress.

Building your team

Starting your journey with Goal For Play is easy and exciting. Start a new challenge by choosing a team of two, three or four players, or join an existing challenge by setting a cash amount and building your team accordingly. If one of your selected players is not participating, you can edit the team any number of times before the match starts.

Create a challenge

To create a challenge on Goal For Play:

• Sign in to your account and tap the Create icon at the bottom of the screen.
• On the challenge creation page, click on the plus sign (+) to start selecting players.
• Choose from upcoming matches and assemble your team according to the size of the challenge (2, 3 or 4 players).
• Ensure team balance: add at least one player from each competing team for teams of 2 and 3; for teams of 4, choose two players from each.

Determine the amount of the call and choose whether it will be public or private. Public challenges are open to everyone, while private challenges can be sent to friends, family, and acquaintances via email.

Understanding the scoring system

To view our scoring system:

• Tap the Account icon in the lower right corner of the app.
• Select “Score” and then select “football” for detailed scoring rules.
